I Come By Night by Shed
Rene Pawlowitz (better known as Shed) is one of Techno’s foremost producers. The Berlin native has just dropped his third LP, The Killer, a title we think is rather appropriate considering Pawlowitz’s ability to annihilate dance-floors worldwide. We also think its release on 50Weapons is pretty apt too, considering that label’s excellent form in 2012 thus far - and in the tail end of last year. ‘I Come By Night’ is perhaps the most ominous cut on the album, with horror-esque synths, and monstrous, ritualistic sounding percussion. Not a track from the faint of heart.
